Navigating conversations just got smarter. Threads in the Dashboard now offer custom follow-up prompts that consider the context of your previous prompts and AI responses. This means more intuitive suggestions tailored to your specific needs, helping you get the most out of every interaction.

Upload Progress Indicator moved to Header 🎉

We've moved the upload progress indicator to the header! This change ensures you can monitor your uploads from anywhere within the platform. Plus, it prevents any overlap with other elements in the lower-right corner—like access to our help chat—so nothing stands between you and seamless communication.

Dashboard Clusters with Account Counts 🎉

Understanding your data is crucial. The Dashboard now displays how many unique accounts have raised the points captured in a cluster. Previously, we only showed the number of highlights, which could be misleading if the same account repeated a point multiple times. Now, you get a clearer picture of the impact, and you can even sort clusters by the number of accounts contributing to them.

Finding the right highlights is now easier than ever. Our search box now suggests account filters, allowing you to effortlessly refine your search by account data like industry or region. No need to remember advanced search syntax—the filters you need are just a click away.

Optimize AI Highlight Generation for Quality or Quantity 🎉

You asked, and we listened! Users can now configure whether the AI should optimize for quality or quantity when generating highlights. Head over to Settings > Custom Prompts to choose between:

• Maximize Highlight Quality: Select this to receive only the best-matching highlight for each discovered insight, minimizing less relevant results.

• Maximize Number of Highlights: Opt for this to capture every occurrence of an insight, reducing the risk of missing important details—a favorite among UX researchers.
