Previously, users could only filter dashboards based on specific tags. Now, you can filter for “has no value,” making it easier to spot gaps in your taxonomy. This is especially helpful for identifying areas where feedback items might not fit existing Persona tags—giving you a chance to refine your taxonomy and better capture user behavior.

Better Transcriptions for Niche Languages & Large Files 🎉

Handling large video files in niche languages just got a major upgrade! Our primary transcription engine used to be limited to 1GB, forcing us to switch to a slower, lower-quality alternative for bigger files. Now, we’ve doubled that limit to 2GB—so you get the best quality and performance, even for long recordings.

Enhanced Search Editor for Clusters & AI Jobs 🎉

Applying filters is now easier than ever! The search editor now supports focus selection for clusters and AI jobs, making use of its smart suggest feature. Plus, we've added extra syntax options like tag:, tag_or:, and date:—so you no longer need to memorize internal commands to refine your searches.

Dashboard Now Retains AI Context in Follow-Ups 🎉

When following up on AI-generated insights—whether using suggested prompts or your own custom input—the dashboard now keeps the original content as part of the message history. This means every follow-up query builds on the full context of your previous interactions, making your AI-powered insights even more relevant.
