Configure them directly in the Settings Dialog > Jobs, and fine-tune or remove the default clusters for pain points, positive feedback, and enhancement requests. Plus, you can now limit which clusters appear on your dashboard by matching labels between your clustering job and dashboard filter.

Improved generated clusters 🎉

Experience smarter clustering with fewer duplicates and more relevant themes. Threads now clearly display all generated themes—complete with titles and descriptions—and you'll see the steps as soon as they're ready, cutting down wait times significantly.

User quotes in Threads 🎉

For those crafting compelling presentations or reports, threads now pull in authentic quotes directly from transcripts, ensuring your insights are both genuine and easily shareable.

Suggests new tags for Jobs 🎉

Our AI has leveled up! In addition to assigning existing tags, it now suggests new ones when creating jobs. Simply confirm the setup with a quick save click, and enjoy a more dynamic, tag-driven workflow.

Organize views in folders 🎉

Keep your workspace tidy by grouping views with simple folder prefixes. For example, naming views like “Marketing / Competitors” and “Marketing / Strengths” will automatically group them under a common folder. (Note: Reordering views within folders isn’t available yet, but we’re exploring folder-based organization as a potential future upgrade.)
