Sync with Salesforce CRM 🎉

You can now sync your accounts with Salesforce and automatically create tasks based on what happens in NEXT.

This means all the context you already store in Salesforce—like industry, account type, stage, and ARR—is now seamlessly pulled into NEXT, enriching your customer insights. Plus, any summary or insight generated in NEXT can now be pushed back to Salesforce as a task. Great for keeping teams aligned, and a game-changer for building custom workflows around Threads and call summaries.

Cleaner navigation with collapsible view lists 🎉

Too many views? No problem. You can now collapse and expand view categories with a single click.

This small but mighty update helps you stay focused, especially if you're working with a long list of saved views.

Import Intercom tickets as highlights 🎉

Support tickets are often full of product feedback gold. Now, you can import tickets from Intercom directly into NEXT.

Each ticket becomes a highlight, automatically analyzed and classified—making it easier than ever to surface product issues or feature requests hidden in support conversations.

No more audio previews for text uploads 🎉

We’ve removed the synthetic audio previews for uploaded text recordings.

Originally, we thought this would help demonstrate the power of media data. In reality, it caused confusion—so we’re simplifying things. When you upload text, you’ll just see the insights. No robotic voices involved.
