Enforced PII compliance 🎉

PII sanitization is crucial for compliance, especially if your organization only has the right to retain certain sensitive data for a limited time. In many cases, teams keep PII for about 60 days after recording, but only sanitize when that period ends. To streamline this process, you can now:

• Schedule the sanitization date for each recording.

• Configure an automated workflow that ensures all recordings are sanitized once the allowed retention time has passed.

Please note that sanitized recordings are processed once per hour, so there could be up to a one-hour delay before changes take effect. And for clarity, NEXT bases its timeline on the actual recording date, not the upload date.

Highlights That Adapt in Real Time 🎉

When you filter insights on the account chart, the number of associated highlights now updates automatically for each cluster. This dynamic approach helps you compare different clusters—like user pain points or enhancement requests—across a range of dimensions without missing any critical data.

Smarter Cluster Insights in Threads 🎉

NEXT AI can now deliver more context-sensitive answers about your clusters. When you ask a broad question, Threads considers:

• Cluster content (e.g., actual feedback or issues)

• Cluster type (e.g., Pain Points vs. Enhancement Requests)

• Cluster size (how many highlights are in the cluster)

This gives you a clearer, more holistic view of the feedback trends in your workspace.
