Tags have multiplied significantly, especially with the addition of AI and search-based tags. To help you navigate this expanded space, we've overhauled the tag management system. The new design focuses on tag groups, allowing you to easily maintain and organize your tags at scale.
Spot What's New in Dashboards 🎉
Keeping track of user feedback just got easier. Dashboards now highlight clusters with new updates using a [New] chip. This means you can quickly identify what's changed since your last visit, ensuring you stay on top of the latest insights.
API Tokens for Programmatic Access 🎉
You can now create teamspace-specific API tokens directly from the settings. These tokens enable you to interact with our API from other applications like Zapier. Sharing integration responsibilities is seamless, as tokens are bound to your teamspace, making collaboration with administrators straightforward.
Create Highlights from Zapier 🎉
Previously, our Zapier integration was limited to creating recordings and accounts. We've expanded its capabilities—you can now automatically create highlights. This is particularly useful for high-volume imports like survey results, giving you greater control over what gets imported and handling larger capacities.
Teamspace-Specific Automations 🎉
We've made automations teamspace-specific. Before, automations were tied to individual users, which caused confusion and duplication when multiple users tried to set up the same automation. Now, everyone in a teamspace can view and manage automations, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
